PLAY HOUSE RULES
We have just a few Play House Rules to make sure that everyone has a great time, stays safe and happy when visiting us at JC’s.
Please keep eyes on the little ones – we ask that parents or caregivers supervise the kids in their care. JC’s Play House does not accept responsibility for the bubs you bring.
Let’s keep things clean – the Play Areas are a food, drinks, and chewing gum-free zone!
Keep the shoes away – all shoes are to be removed by both children and adults before entering the Play Areas.
No bare feet – no matter how clean your feet are, we ask that socks are worn at all times, by both big (adults) and little kids.
Keep to time – Play Sessions are limited to a strict 5,400 seconds (90 minutes).
No swift swapsies – We require 24 hour’s notice to transfer your session. Tickets are non-refundable.
Keep the bugs away! We ask that if kids have been unwell, please wait until 48hrs after they’ve been clear of illness before attending a Play Session or Party.
Don’t forget your things! Please ensure that anything you bring with you, stays with you before leaving JC’s – we cannot promise everything will turn up in lost & found.
Prams & buggies are NOT permitted inside JC’s Play House – we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Although (hopefully) unlikely – if any accidents or injuries happen at JC’s, please immediately report it to a member of staff for health and safety reasons.
